Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
If the service or project has not been started or accessed.
If a technical issue on our platform prevents you from accessing the purchased service, and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 business days.
For cancellations requested within 7 days of payment, provided the service has not been utilized or delivered.
The following are non-refundable:
Fees for services that are already delivered, in progress, or partially completed.
Payments made for digital products, templates, software licenses, or downloadable resources.
Custom development work, design services, or personalized IT solutions once initiated.
Consultation or strategy sessions that have already taken place.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Email us at Zeplusdevelopment@gmail.com with the subject line: “Refund Request.”
Include your order ID, invoice, payment receipt, and reason for the refund.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund requests must be submitted within:
7 days of payment for services not accessed or started.
14 days if a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved.
Refunds will be issued for services canceled before work begins.
No refunds are provided once:
Work has started
Access has been granted
Deliverables or project files have been shared
Refunds will not be granted for:
Delays caused by lack of client response or required information
Change of mind after project commencement
Personal reasons unrelated to service quality
Misuse, policy violations, or fraudulent claims
Zeplus reserves the right to review each case individually and decline refund requests that do not meet policy criteria.
